Terms & Conditions

Planning

CFB-UK LTD will facilitate in the planning stages and be available to attend all SAG meetings or site visits that are required. We will endeavor to send the Safety Officer responsible for the event  to ensure continuity in planning. Any meetings or site visits will be charged at an additional cost depending on the location.

Identification

All staff will be identifiable in uniform and will have a Identification badge visible at all times. All staff are expected to be permitted access to all areas of the site.

Deployment

Deployment of teams around the site will be decided in consultation with the event organisers during the event to allow for the most optimal patient response times.

Notification of an Incident

Any incident relating to health and safety will be reported to the on-site health and safety officer. Incidents reportable under RIDDOR will be reported to the relevant authority as soon as is practical.

Communication

The emergency communication will be centered around the first aid / fire outpost. Communication between the medical and fire team will be via radio. Any casualty information should be directed to the medical control via event radio.

Staff Safety

We take the safety of our staff extremely seriously and as such our staff may wear body cameras which may be recording at all times of the event without notice or warning, there will however be a warning on the body cameras. If any member of staff is verbally abused or assaulted, we will always promote that the aggressor is prosecuted.

Any situation that our staff are uncomfortable in we reserve the right to release them from duty or site, please ensure (where possible) you have adequate security staff to deal with our staff’s safety as we have the right to withdraw from the event  .

Cancellations

1. All cancellations must be received in writing.
2. If cancelled more than 30 days before the start date of the cover we are booked to provide, there will be a charge of 75% of the total invoice.
3. If cancelled less than 30 days before the start date of the services are scheduled to be provided, We reserve the right to charge the full invoice amount.
4. Any changes to the original dates booked will incur a £75.00 administration charge, 3 months after the original dates only, after this will be charged the original invoice plus the new dates.
5. If you cancel our services but the event goes ahead, we reserve the right to charge full price.

Payment
1. All new account holders will be required to pay the full amount upfront otherwise services will not be provided.
2. Existing account holders will be required to pay the amount on receipt of invoice.
3. Under no circumstances can we offer any refunds.
Overtime
Should the event run over the hours originally booked, an additional rate will be invoiced per hour with a minimum of 1 whole hour being charged.

Personal Guarantee

The person booking the services for a Limited company listed on companies house makes a personal guarantee for payment.

Transport

​Please note that we do not transport patients to Hospital.
